About the Transit Awning Window Trim Ring
You have two install options. Self-tap it to the outside of your wall panel for a fast install, or glue and thru-bolt it to the inside for a seamless, professional finish. It also protects your window edges from chips and scratches.

Measure your finished wall depth first. If it's 4.5", the Transit awning window trim ring fits as-is, straight out of the box. If your walls are thinner, trim it to match your wall depth. Then choose how to attach it: self-tap to the wall panel exterior when you want speed, or glue and thru-bolt from the inside when you want a flush, seamless finish.
