Our Van Flooring Kits
- Insulated Baltic birch subfloor: a classic, sturdy build base.
- Premium synthetic subfloor: a synthetic alternative to wood.
- Floor insulation only: if you are sourcing your own panels.
- Pre-cut vinyl: 2Tec2 flooring and Lonseal vinyl for the Transit 148, 148 Extended and Sprinter 144.
How to Choose
Choose your subfloor first, then your top layer. 2Tec2 flooring has a woven look; Lonseal vinyl is a durable sheet floor. Planning to move seats? Choose a floor with L-track cutouts. Finish with floor step and trim, or cut your own with floor paper patterns. Every floor is cut from our own van patterns, so edges line up with the wheel wells and walls. We built our floor patterns from real vans in our Loveland shop. That means less trimming and a floor that sits flat from the cab to the rear doors.
