Pick Your Size
Ford Transit floor patterns come in two sizes. Choose 148 for a standard 148 wheelbase Transit (3 panels) or 148 EXT for the extended van (4 panels). Our paper patterns are the same shapes we use for our own floors.
Material Notes
A minimum of 3/4" floor material should be used, especially if combined with our floor step and trim kit. The AVC RIG floor sits 1" above the height of the ribs. Advantech subfloor is a good option.
How to Use the Paper Patterns
- Lay the paper patterns on your sheet goods.
- Trace the exterior contour of each panel.
- Mark the L-track, crew seat track and spare tire access locations.
- Cut, dry fit in the van, and install.
Paper patterns save you from measuring the curves of your van by hand. Trace, cut and go. The markings keep your L-track, seat track and spare tire access in the right place the first time.
Ford Transit floor patterns are a good fit if you have the tools and want to cut your own subfloor instead of buying a finished kit.
