20-Gallon Wheel Well Water Tank - Right (SP-R-20)
The NW Conversions 20 gallon right water tank (SP-R-20) fits the wheel well space, keeping your floor plan open while adding water capacity. It sits offset toward the rear or front of the wheel well depending on placement side. AVC RIG carries it for Sprinter, Transit and ProMaster builders.
About the 20 Gallon Right Water Tank
Wheel wells are awkward space in most Sprinter builds. Putting fresh water there frees up floor for a galley, bench or garage.

Ports & Plumbing
- (2) 1.5" NPT ports on the rectangular end, pre-marked, drill out to use
- (2) 1/2" NPT ports on the rectangular end
- (1) 1/2" NPT port on the bottom of the open end
- (1) 1.5" NPT port on top for fill or level sensor, pre-marked, drill out to use
The pre-marked NPT ports let you drill only what your plumbing needs. Use the top NPT ports for fill or a level sensor.

Note: Despite great care taken during manufacturing and fulfillment, plastic tanks can become dirty and/or scuffed in transit. This does not constitute a damaged tank. Plastic tanks can also become slightly warped, especially on the flat surfaces. This is normal and does not render the tank defective. Maintaining a completely straight/flat surface on a rotationally molded part is not always possible, but we make every effort to keep surfaces within a 1.5 degree tolerance.
20 Gallon Right Water Tank Compatibility
- Sprinter 2500 direct fit (also fits Sprinter T1N)
- Transit (single rear wheel) fits with slightly more room around the wheel well for insulation
- ProMaster requires a 3.5" elevation to clear the larger wheel wells
- Compatible with other makes and models
- Passenger side: tank sits with majority rear of wheel well, flush to front
- Driver side: tank sits with majority front of wheel well, flush to rear
