Ford Transit Bulkhead Piece
The GoCode Ford Transit bulkhead piece handles the compound curve at the front of the van — the single hardest finishing challenge in any Transit build. AVC RIG carries this bulkhead trim for 2015+ Ford Transit High Roof vans.
About the Ford Transit Bulkhead Piece
This transition piece keeps ceilings of varying depths (1/4" to 3") on plane and installs in minutes. Instead of fighting the compound curve with custom carpentry or foam work, you drop in one piece of bulkhead trim and your ceiling panels meet it cleanly.

Where It Fits in Your Build
Plan the Ford Transit bulkhead piece into your build before you hang the ceiling. Install it first, then run your wall and ceiling panels to it. It pairs with a ceiling system like the aluminum ceiling furring kit and with front trim such as the Ford Transit front trim kit. For a full set, see the Ford Transit full interior trim kit or shop Ford Transit High Roof 148 parts.
