Sprinter capsules expand the interior width of your van to up to 79.5 inches. That lets taller occupants over 6'3" sleep east-to-west. AVC RIG carries these Vanspeed capsules for Sprinter builders.

Why Choose Sprinter Capsules
This sideways sleeping layout creates much more usable interior space. It keeps the durability and platform-specific fitment Vanspeed is known for.
A bed that runs east-to-west takes up less of the van's length. That leaves more room for your galley, storage or garage. The added interior width is what makes the sideways bed possible for taller people.
Planning Your Build Around Sprinter Capsules
Capsules change the shape of your side walls, so plan for them early. Lock in your bed layout before you order walls, windows and trim.

Fit, Install and What's Included
Vanspeed lists fitment for 2008+ Sprinter 144 and 170, plus 2014+ 170 EXT. The 170 capsules are not compatible with the middle factory window.
Install requires cutting the factory body panel. Vanspeed recommends a pro install unless you have metal fab experience. Detailed cutting and mounting instructions come with the kit. You get two capsules, three tubes of SikaFlex urethane and the hardware. 1033 bunk windows are included if you choose that option. See the Van Mart product page for more.
