60" DIY Slide Tray Kit
The RB Components 60 DIY slide tray kit gives you a 60" full slide out for stowing bikes, camping gear or any other misc. items in your van. AVC RIG carries it for builders who want gear to slide out to them instead of crawling in after it.
How the 60 DIY Slide Tray Works
RB Components designed this DIY tray to give you all the necessary hardware. You provide the floor to fit your width. Add your own custom width 3/4" plywood floor and you can make any width tray slide you want. The wood floor is not provided. Cut your plywood floor to the width your garage needs, add it to the 60 DIY slide tray, and you have a full slide out sized for your gear.

Load Rating and Mounting
*Slides are rated at 500 lbs. This rating will vary depending on your chosen mounting method. Hard mounting to the floor and through-bolting will provide the highest capacity. Mounting to L-track as shown will reduce the weight capacity and should be tested based on your L-track attachment method.
To mount to L-track you will need the following items:
- #2506 - L-Track Fitting with Threaded Stud (4pcs)
- Aluminum L-track

Measure your garage length and pick the size that fits. Short on space? See the 48" DIY slide tray kit or the 20" DIY slide tray kit. Browse more storage in van interior kits.
