Wall Upholstery Kit : Byrne Tweed
Professionally upholster your AVC wall kit with what we use in house. The Wall Upholstery Kit pairs Byrne fabric with 1/8" closed cell Landau foam, in amounts sized for your van. We recommend using 3M CA94 contact adhesive for assembly.
What's in the Wall Upholstery Kit
HR/MR Kit:
- 25 yards of Byrne fabric
- 20 yards of 1/8" closed cell Landau foam
EXT Kit:
- 30 yards of Byrne fabric
- 25 yards of 1/8" closed cell Landau foam
Pick HR/MR for a high roof or medium roof van, and EXT for an extended van. The EXT kit adds fabric and foam to cover the longer walls.
About the Byrne Fabric
The Byrne fabric is a beautifully woven contract fabric. Made of 100% Marquésa® Lana polyolefin with a built-in resistance to stain and wear, Byrne fabric combines a soft tweed look with durability.

Why the Landau Foam Matters

How to Use Your Wall Upholstery Kit
The wall upholstery kit is built around our wall kit panels. Start with your cut wall kit panels. Lay the Landau foam on each panel, then wrap the Byrne fabric over the foam. Glue it down with 3M CA94 contact adhesive. That's the same process we use in our shop.
