Are you mating your walls and ceiling and getting all sorts of weird and wonky ripples? The AVC RIG wall to ceiling supports are a cost-effective way to eliminate all of that nonsense and get crisp edges where the walls and ceiling meet.

How Our Wall to Ceiling Supports Work

This is a simple kit of aluminum pieces bent at 115 degrees to sit in the corner of your van. They give your walls and ceiling a flat, uniform surface to meet on, so the seam stays straight instead of rippling.

They are also useful for spacing off the walls to avoid any wiring you don't want your walls or ceiling rubbing up on. Run your wiring in the corner, then let the supports hold the panels off it.

Fit and Length

The wall to ceiling supports fit both Ford Transit Medium and High roof vans in all wheelbases. To adjust for length, we recommend simply overlapping the joint. No special cuts needed.

Match the kit to your wheelbase. The 130/148 kit covers standard length vans, the EXT 148 kit adds the longer 75" pieces for the extended body, and the Crew kit is a two-piece set.

Installation

Installation is as easy as using self tapping screws to fasten the aluminum to the walls and/or ceiling. Set them in the corner, overlap where needed, and screw them in. Check that your wiring sits behind the supports, then hang your wall and ceiling panels.

Buy them on their own if you are cutting your own panels from scratch or building with a different system.
