The AVC RIG high roof 148 roof rack is a modular, full-length aluminum rack for your Ford Transit High Roof 148 adventure van. Direct bolt-on installation requires no modification.

Made for the 2015-current Ford Transit 148 high roof, this rack gives you over 8 ft of space for mounting gear: RTT, solar panels, storage boxes, overland junk, kids, in-laws, etc.
- Side blades: 3/16" thick aircraft grade aluminum.
- Towers: 8 bent aluminum towers mount the rack to the van in the Ford factory locations.
- Crossbars: extruded aluminum crossbars. Attach accessories by bolting or strapping to a crossbar.
- Finish: blades and towers are primed and powder coated for a durable, lightly textured finish.
Crossbars and Modular Setup
The rack comes with 5 crossbars: 1 for the wind fairing and 4 for the structure of the rack. It can accept many more crossbars to fit your needs, so you can lay out solar, boxes and a tent the way you want and add crossbars later as your setup changes.

Installation
The high roof 148 roof rack bolts to the Ford factory mounting locations on the roof through the 8 aluminum towers. No drilling or modification to the van is required. Once the towers and side blades are on, set your crossbars where you want them. The stainless, black oxide coated hardware finishes the install.
