The AVC RIG Transit wall to ceiling support kit gives you custom angled brackets for perfect wall to ceiling seams in your Ford Transit.
Are you mating your walls and ceiling and getting all sorts of weird and wonky ripples? The AVC RIG Wall to Ceiling Supports are a cost effective way to eliminate all of that nonsense and get crisp edges where the walls and ceiling meet.
How the Transit Wall to Ceiling Support Works
This Transit wall to ceiling support is a simple kit of aluminum pieces bent at 115 degrees. They sit in the corner of your van and create a flat, uniform surface for your walls and ceiling to meet. It fits both Ford Transit Medium and High Roof vans in all wheelbases.
- To adjust for length, we recommend simply overlapping the joint.
- Also useful for spacing off the walls to avoid any wiring you don't want your walls and ceiling rubbing on.
- Installation is as easy as using self-tapping screws to fasten to the walls and/or ceiling.

Pick the kit that matches your wheelbase and body. Running an Extended 148? Choose EXT 148 for the longer 75" supports. Crew vans get the shorter two-piece kit.

Where It Fits in Your Build
Install the Transit wall to ceiling support after insulation and furring, before you hang your wall kit and ceiling panels. If you're ordering the Ford Transit paper patterns or a full wall kit like the Ford Transit High Roof 148 wood wall kit, the supports are already included. The aluminum supports pair with the aluminum ceiling furring kit; shop van furring kits for the rest of the framing.
