Our Lonseal vinyl flooring comes pre-cut with 2" tub tabs that let you run the flooring up under the wall for a seamless, spill-resistant floor. The flooring is cut to match AVC RIG subfloor shapes from our floors and paper patterns, so it lines up with the subfloor you already have.

Since we started using these floors in the shop, our installation time on flooring has been cut in half!

How Lonseal Flooring 148 Extended Fits Your Build

Pre-cut vinyl goes on last, on top of the subfloor. Here is the order we use:

Install your subfloor: our insulated Baltic Birch subfloor system, the premium synthetic subfloor system, or your own subfloor cut from our floor paper patterns.
Lay out the pre-cut vinyl and check the fit, including the 2" tub tabs at the walls.
Glue it down with your preferred adhesive (not included).
Run the tub tabs up under the wall, then add trim.

Because the vinyl matches the AVC RIG subfloor shapes, there is no scribing or trimming around the wheel wells and edges. That is where most of the saved time comes from.
